Once again, I headed to Windham, NY this past Saturday to watch hundreds of mud lovers plow through 3.2 hellish miles. It's the summer that keeps on giving. Summer is almost coming to an end but there is still time to grab some fun-nuggets close to home. A few days ago I checked the U.S. Water Ski Show Team in Scotia, NY with some friends. This all-volunteer, non-profit, family oriented organization has been around for the past 40 years.
